Work and Human Resource Management

A typical project is an assessment of the quality-of-work life in a given organization. Specifically, the study would assess employees' satisfaction with various aspects of their job and the employer organization in relation to the employees' overall quality of life. The objective of this research is to identify important organizational aspects that employees feel dissatisfied with and help develop organizational programs that can enhance the quality of life of employees.
